Since 2002
Bread at Burgos is part of a family baking tradition that began in 2002. Our early years were spent operating multiple mass-market bakery branches across Metro Manila, providing us with hands-on experience in production, quality control, and large-scale operations.

From Retail to Supply
In 2007, our family shifted its focus entirely to supplying food businesses and launched McRAF Bagels and Buns, a healthier line of bread products named after the five children in the family. McRAF breads were distributed through major supermarkets such as Robinson's, SM, and Landmark, and supplied to a range of food establishments across the metro.

While supermarket distribution ceased in 2025, we continue to supply cafés, restaurants, and food businesses with custom-made bread products, drawing from decades of baking and operational experience.

Bread at Burgos
After years of developing and refining healthier bread recipes, we began an out-of-home distribution in 2017, responding to requests from family, friends, and neighbors. This marked the beginning of Bread at Burgos — a brand rooted in the idea of eating clean and being mindful of what we consume.

Bread at Burgos operates today as a preorder-based cloud bakery in Metro Manila, offering sourdough and clean-label breads.

Our Philosophy
Our breads are made using basic, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, and we deliberately avoid preservatives and improvers.
​
Depending on the product, we use unbleached wheat flour, sea salt, raw sugar, antibiotic-free eggs, coconut oil, and fresh produce. Our recipes are continually refined by our mom, guided by her commitment to nourishing her children and grandchildren with food she trusts and serves at home.

Supplying Cafés & Restaurants
In addition to retail orders, Bread at Burgos supplies selected breads to cafés, restaurants, and food businesses within Metro Manila. Our bake-to-order model supports consistency, freshness, and dependable scheduling for food service needs. Supply arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality and fit.

A Family Practice
Bread at Burgos is our way of sharing what we have learned over more than two decades in the bread industry, and the benefits we have experienced in choosing a cleaner, more intentional way of eating. Because of what this approach has done for our family, especially for our late father, we continue to share its value through the work we know best.
